We specialize in high-quality wholesale fashion garments for retailers, distributors, and brands. Our focus is on customizable apparel, including tops, bottoms, outerwear, and more, tailored to your brand’s needs.
Yes, we offer full custom manufacturing to meet your brand’s unique requirements. This includes customizable sizing, colors, fabrics, and branding options such as logo placement and labeling.
Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style. For larger or more complex orders, we are open to discussion—please contact our sales team for flexible arrangements.
Our typical production lead time is 25–30 days, depending on order quantity and customization complexity. We will confirm the exact timeline upon order confirmation.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This policy applies to all wholesale purchases made from Fanyu. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt. Any claims for defects, damages, or incorrect items must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery. Photos or video evidence may be required.
2. No Returns for Unsold Inventory
We do not accept returns or exchanges for unsold, overstocked, or seasonally outdated merchandise. Wholesale buyers are responsible for their own inventory management.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or does not match the ordered specification, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Replacement of the defective items (shipping covered by us).
- Store credit equal to the wholesale value.
- Partial refund proportional to the defective quantity.
4. Custom or Private Label Orders
Customized, OEM, or private label items (including custom prints, labels, or packaging) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless the defect is proven to be our manufacturing error.
5. Return Shipping
For approved returns (non-defective situations, if exceptionally granted), return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. A restocking fee of 15% (or as agreed) may apply.
7. Right of Final Interpretation
The seller reserves the right of final interpretation for this Return and Refund Policy. Any disputes not covered herein shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

Welcome to Fanyu Fashion. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between our Company and any business entity, brand, retailer, or distributor (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) who accesses our website, requests quotes, or places orders for wholesale and custom-manufactured fashion products.
By using our website or submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
1. Business Nature & Products
We are a B2B fashion manufacturer and wholesaler. We do not sell directly to individual consumers. Our products are sold in bulk quantities and may include custom-manufactured garments based on customer specifications. All products are intended for resale, distribution, or commercial use.
2. Ordering & Quotations
Requesting a Quote: Customers must provide detailed information including product type, quantity (minimum 300 pieces per style), size breakdown, color preferences, custom logo/branding requirements, destination country, and any special instructions.
Quotation Validity: Quotes are valid for [15] days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, exchange rates, or order modifications.
Order Confirmation: A binding order is formed only after we issue a written order confirmation (via email or our platform) and receive full or partial payment as specified.
3. Custom Manufacturing & Specifications
Customization Options: Size, color, logo/branding, and certain fabric/trim choices are available. Final specifications must be approved by both parties in writing before production begins.
Samples: Pre-production samples may be requested at an additional cost, which will be credited toward the final order if the order proceeds.
Customer-Provided Designs: You retain ownership of your logos and designs. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to produce your order. We will keep all customer designs and specifications confidential.
Production Variations: Due to the handmade or batch nature of garment manufacturing, minor variations in color (±5%), sizing (±3%), or placement of prints/embroidery are normal and do not constitute defects.
4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style/design. Variations in color or size may increase the MOQ. We reserve the right to refuse orders below MOQ unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices: All prices are quoted in [USD / your currency], exclusive of shipping, customs duties, taxes, or insurance unless explicitly stated.
Payment Terms: We require a [30–50%] deposit to begin production. The remaining balance, plus actual shipping costs, must be paid before shipment. We accept [bank transfer / credit card / PayPal / etc.].
Late Payment: Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received. Late payments may incur interest or storage fees.
6. Production & Lead Time
Standard Lead Time: 25–30 business days from approval of final specifications and receipt of deposit. Larger orders may require additional time.
Delays: We will inform you promptly of any unforeseen delays (e.g., raw material shortages, logistics issues). Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, etc.) extend lead time without penalty.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Cost: Freight costs are calculated after order completion based on destination package weight, volume, and shipping method. We will provide a shipping quote before final payment.
Title & Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you when the goods are handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage after shipment, unless you purchased our shipping insurance.
Inspection at Delivery: You must inspect all shipments within [3] business days of receipt and report any visible damage or discrepancies. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the goods.
8. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations: Order cancellations are only accepted within [3] business days of order confirmation and before production begins. After production starts, cancellations are not permitted.
Quality Claims: If products do not materially conform to approved specifications, you must notify us within [7] days of receipt with clear photos/videos. We will, at our sole discretion, either:
Offer a replacement or reprint,
Issue a partial refund (proportional to the defect), or
Provide a credit for future orders.
No Returns for Minor Variations: Disputes based on minor color/size variations or subjective style preferences are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping: Approved returns must be shipped with our prior authorization. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless we determine the error was ours.
9. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Warranty: We warrant that our products will be free from material manufacturing defects for [14] days from receipt. This warranty does not cover damage caused by washing, wear and tear, or improper handling.
No Other Warranties: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order. We are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or any indirect damages.
